Surah سُورَةُ الرُّومِ · Ar-Room
Verse 30:59
كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.
