Verse 40:23
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍ
And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority
