Surah سُورَةُ فُصِّلَتۡ · Fussilat
Verse 41:4
بَشِيرًۭا وَنَذِيرًۭا فَأَعْرَضَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ
As a giver of good tidings and a warner; but most of them turn away, so they do not hear.
