Surah سُورَةُ الأَعۡرَافِ · Al-A'raaf
Verse 7:21
وَقَاسَمَهُمَآ إِنِّى لَكُمَا لَمِنَ ٱلنَّٰصِحِينَ
And he swore [by Allah] to them, "Indeed, I am to you from among the sincere advisors."
