Surah سُورَةُ التَّكۡوِيرِ · At-Takwir
Verse 81:29
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
