Surah سُورَةُ القَدۡرِ · Al-Qadr
Verse 97:4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
