Du'a for Protection in the Morning and Evening
When to say it: Three times in the morning and three times in the evening
Arabic
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration
Bismillāhi alladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa ismihī shayʾun fil-arḍi wa lā fis-samāʾi, wa huwas-samīʿul-ʿalīm.
Meaning
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

About this du'a
ʿUthmān ibn ʿAffān (RA) reported that whoever says this three times in the morning and three times in the evening, nothing will harm him. It is a short, complete statement of trust that Allah's name is the true protection.
